THE PROBLEM {
Clients often received finished VR assets without a clear instructions for setup, use, or long-term adoption, which made the technology hard to navigate confidently.
WHY IT MATTERS {
Without intuitive onboarding, VR content often becomes underutilized, and clients miss out on the full value of the experiences they’ve invested in.
THE SOLUTION {
A structured onboarding package was created, combining a modular guide with a companion video to help clients set up their headsets and use their VR deliverables with confidence.
